Gestational Surrogacy
Safe, Legal, and Compassionate Family-Building
At TB Fertility, we specialize in gestational surrogacy, a medically advanced and legally secure process where a surrogate carries a child with no genetic relation to her — giving intended parents full parental rights from birth.
Whether you’re facing medical infertility, previous IVF failure, or other challenges, gestational surrogacy offers a proven, hopeful path to parenthood.
What Is Gestational Surrogacy?
In gestational surrogacy, the embryo is created using:
The intended mother's egg or a donor egg, and the intended father's sperm or donor sperm, through in vitro fertilization (IVF).
The resulting embryo is then transferred to the uterus of a healthy, medically screened surrogate.
The surrogate has no biological link to the child and carries the pregnancy on behalf of the intended parents.
How It Works at TB Fertility
1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a confidential consultation to understand your goals, medical history, and legal eligibility. Our coordinators guide you through every option available.
2. Surrogate Matching & Screening
All surrogates are:
- • Aged 21–35
- • Have had at least one healthy pregnancy.
- • Medically and psychologically evaluated.
- • Non-smokers, with no history of chronic illness.
- • Legally cleared by our in-house legal advisors.
We present carefully selected surrogate profiles based on your preferences and needs.
3. Medical Preparation & IVF
Once the surrogate is matched, the medical process begins:
- • IVF is performed at one of our partner clinics in Tbilisi, using your embryos or donor eggs/sperm.
- • Embryo transfer to the surrogate occurs following hormonal synchronization and endometrial preparation.
4. Pregnancy & Monitoring
Throughout the pregnancy, our team manages:
- • Monthly medical updates, scans, and lab tests.
- • Emotional and nutritional support for the surrogate.
- • Ongoing communication with intended parents.
5. Birth & Legal Process
Delivery is arranged in a private hospital in Tbilisi, with OB-GYNs and neonatologists on standby:
- • Post-birth.
- • A Georgian birth certificate is issued with the names of the intended parents.
- • Legal paperwork and exit processes are handled by our legal partners to ensure smooth return to your home country.
